Part Number 777459-11 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments SCC-DI01 Digital Input Module for SCC. This single-channel, optically isolated input module can measure AC and DC digital signals up to values of 30 VDC or 30 VAC. 

The digital logic levels for the 777459-11 are defined as follows: a maximum of ±1 V DC or peak AC is considered input low voltage, a minimum of ±2 VDC and a maximum of ±30 VDC are considered input high voltage (DC), and a minimum of 4 Vrms and a maximum of 30 VAC is considered input high voltage (at 1 KHz AC). The input current for 5 V and 24 V input is 1.5 mA and 7.0 mA respectively. The propagation delay from low to high is 10 µs and from high to low is 250 µs.
