National Instruments SCC-DI01 Digital Input Module for SCC

The NI SCC-DI01 (Part Number: 777459-11) is a solitary channel, optically isolated Digital Input Module that can detect AC and DC computerized signals, including TTL, up to 30 VDC or 30 VAC. The SCC-DI01 has a status LED that demonstrates when an input signal enlists a logic high or a logic low or the LED is situated over the screw terminals. If the LED is off, the input signal is enlisting a logic low on the digital line on the other hand. On the other hand, if the LED is on, the input signal is enlisting a logic high on the computerized line.  

This Digital Input Module records a logic high when a positive or negative DC voltage of 2 V or more is present across the screw terminals. If there is not any voltage available, the SCC-DI01 registers a logic low. The SCC-DI01 can also register a logic high when an AC voltage exists over the screw terminals. Signals with low amplitude and low recurrence cause the NI SCC-DI01 to enlist alternating logic highs and logic lows. Sinusoidal signals of 1 kHz or higher frequency and 4 Vrms or higher amplitude cause the SCC-DI01 to enlist a consistent logic high.

The VIN and VCOM signals are detached from the inputs of different channels and are likewise confined from the SCC-DI01 module’s inward power and ground signals. The detachment barrier secures the SCC-DI01 and other hardware associated with it from voltages up to +42 VDC. Voltages higher than +42 VDC can harm the SCC-DI01 and other hardware.

SCC-DI01 Obsolete Status has been declared by National Instruments, but the module will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
