The oscilloscope incorporated in this instrument has 500 MHz bandwidth and comes with I2C, SPI, and parallel protocol analysis capabilities. This VirtualBench All-in-One Instrument has integrated arbitrary waveform generation that can operate with a maximum frequency of 40 MHz and generate square, DC, sine, triangle, and arbitrary waveforms.
