National Instruments PXIe-8135 Controller

The PXIe-8135 is an Intel Core i7 inserted controller for PXI Express frameworks. It is utilized for processor-intensive, modular instrumentation, and data obtaining applications. The PXIe-8135 incorporates two 10/100/1000BASE-TX (Gigabit) Ethernet ports, two high-speed USB ports, and four high-speed USB ports, along with an integrated hard drive, serial port, and other I/O. This model also comes in three configurations: PXIe-8135 with Windows 7 64-bit (Part Number: 782450-04), with Windows 7 32-bit (Part Number: 782340-04), and with LabVIEW Real-Time (Part Number: 782340-33).

The SMB connector on the NI PXIe-8135 front board can interface with or from any PXI Express backplane trigger line. A trigger allocation process is expected to keep two assets from interfacing with a similar trigger line, resulting in the trigger being double-driven and perhaps harming the module.

The NI PXIe-8135 Controller incorporates two methods for reestablishing the original factory condition of the user’s hard drive. Hard drive-based recuperation stores a separate part of the hard drive, enabling the user to reestablish their controller without extra media. The NI PXIe-8135 Controller additionally ships with an OS Recovery CD that enables the user to reinstall their working framework onto their hard drive through an outside USB CD/DVD-ROM.

The NI PXIe-8135 uses a type C LPT connector. Most parallel port gadgets utilize a type A connector. To utilize a gadget with a standard type A LPT connector, the user must utilize a type C-to-type A LPT connector.

This controller offers 250 GB or larger 2.5 in a notebook hard drive, supports Native Command Queuing, supports transfer rates up to 600 MB/s, has a removable Serial ATA hard drive (Removable hard drive variant only), and USB storage support.

PXIe-8135 Mature Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the controller will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
