National Instruments TBX-1326 High-Voltage Terminal Block

Featured with 48 screw terminals, the NI TBX-1326 (Part Number: 777207-26) is a Terminal Block. This model can be connected to the front connector of any compatible SCXI module through an SH48-48-B cable. The 48 screw terminals available on this module come segregated in the same size banks; each bank contains six terminals. Thus, the total number of terminals are divided into eight groups. Each of these banks operates in complete isolation from the other banks. The six terminals contained by one bank consist of one ground (GND), one positive supply voltage (Vcc), and four channels.

This Terminal Block can be used with the SCXI-1163, SCXI-1162HV, and SCXI-1162, and SCXI-1163R modules.  To assist the user with making the signal connections correctly, each row of the signal-wire screw terminals comes labeled as A, B, and C. The National Instruments TBX-1326 is fully compatible with the following two DIN rails: the DIN EN 50 022 and DIN EN 50 035.

When used with the SCXI-1162, the Vcc is utilized for power/reference voltage, whereas the CH(X) is used for digital input signals and GND remains unused. With the SCXI-1162HV, the Vcc terminal remain unused, the GND terminal is used for ground reference, and the CH(X) terminal is used for the input signal. All terminals of the NI TBX-1326 are used when it is coupled with the SCXI-1163. In this case, the Vcc terminal is used for power supply, the GND terminal is used as the ground, and the CH(X) terminal is used for the digital output signal. For the SCXI-1163R, the Vcc terminal remains unused. However, the GND terminal is used as a common pole and the CH(X) terminal is used for relay inputs.
