We’re thrilled to have officially moved our headquarters and warehouse from Cary to a much bigger location in Raleigh.
Since 2017, Apex Waves has been filling the gap by specializing in system maintenance for obsolete NI hardware. We provide solutions for businesses that require a specific module to avoid issues with their testing setup but are encountering delays due to obsolescence or lengthy manufacturer lead times. Our dedication to offering support for these often-overlooked legacy systems has resulted in our becoming an NI-suggested source for end-of-life models. Apex Waves has the largest inventory of NI EOL, Legacy, and Obsolete hardware in the world—we work directly with the OEM to deliver compliant/17025 NIST calibrated legacy hardware with a 2–5-year warranty. Our new warehouse offers us ample space to expand our inventory, which continues to grow! With so many more new parts in stock and ready to ship, being able to organize in a bigger space allows us to streamline our processes and send orders out even more efficiently. The increased warehouse space has also helped us to both expand and optimize our packaging stations, allowing us to maintain our high quality standards while simultaneously handling a greater volume of parts.
The layout of our previous office space was segmented and closed off, while our new office space features modernized workspace areas for the Apex Waves team. These dedicated collaboration spaces allow us to discuss innovative ideas, tackle new projects, and focus on our company goals. In addition, there is now a private outdoor space and more areas for the team to rest and recharge during breaks!
While increased space has been one of the biggest benefits of the move, it has not been the only advantage. This new space has also allowed us to upgrade our technology! We have been hard at work improving and optimizing our processes to enhance our customer experience and remain a trusted provider of obsolete test equipment.
We take security incredibly seriously and use a multi-step authentication protocol to ensure the prevention of counterfeit products. Upon receipt of surplus parts, we safely restore each item to its original factory settings, safeguarding private information and getting the hardware ready for reuse and maintenance. Our commitment to securely processing incoming surplus makes us a top option for government organizations wishing to get rid of their unnecessary hardware.
Our latest goal? To become officially ISO Certified in the coming months.
